Butterflies, Birds and Stars

During the first raining months, the green garden and blooming flowers attract different kinds of butterflies. Between many others you can observe the Heliconius Erato Petiverana (postman), Dyras Iulia (Julia), Heliconius Chatornius (zebra longwing), Danaus Plexippus (monarch) and the queen of all butterflies known as Morpho Peleides Limpida (blue Morpho). When the day light is gone the lights go on, you can admire the colorful moths and capture their games with the light with your camera. By dawn the garden fills with the chirp of various birds. An early awakening will give you the chance to observe them.. Leave your footsteps in Costa Rica and take beautiful pictures home!
